Oshrat joined Sikkuy-Aufoq in May 2023 as coordinator of the Education for a Shared Society project in the Shared Society department.

Oshrat has a diverse background in coordinating and leading socially oriented community projects and efforts to promote a shared society. Most recently, she served as coordinator of projects and initiatives at the Haifa Community Center and a tour leader and group facilitator at Beit HaGefen. Before that, she worked as associate director of the youth department in the Safed municipality and as the city’s community coordinator.

Oshrat was born in Safed and today lives in Haifa. She has a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Haifa and is a trained group facilitator in CSE (comprehensive sexuality education) through Open Door, the Israeli affiliate of the International Planned Parenthood Federation.
