Suad joined Sikkuy-Aufoq at the beginning of 2023 as coordinator of fair representation and equality policy planning, in the Equality Policy department.

Suad has extensive experience in senior positions with public and third sector organizations. She has served as an adviser to the mayor of Daliat el-Carmel on advancing the status of women, and was the internal auditor and public inquiries officer for Daliat el-Carmel city council. Suad has been active as a volunteer in civic affairs, notably the advancement of the status of women, children and people with disabilities. She has been a member of various boards and committees dealing with policy formulation and consulting to public policy makers.
