Waseem joined Sikkuy as an associate grant writer in July 2017, and after a year he was promoted to the role of Senior Resource Development Associate. Waseem holds a B.A in philosophy from Haifa University, and has extensive experience in resource and programme development in a number of NGOs, including INJAZ – Center for Professional Arab Local Governance, the Arab Culture Association, and Sidreh-Lakiya. In January 2021, Waseem was promoted to the role of co-director of the resource development department. He was born in Nazareth and lives in Haifa.
