Yulia Kosman-Gilad joined Sikkuy-Aufoq in March 2022, as coordinator of promoting equality in the Negev. Yulia holds an undergraduate degree in life sciences and a master’s in geography with an emphasis on environmental management, planning and policy from the Hebrew University. She has extensive experience in planning in general and environmental planning in particular, both in the private sector and in government, at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and at the Planning Authority. Yulia lives in Jerusalem with her partner and their two children.
