Marie Attalah Libbiss, an electrical engineer, industrialist and social entrepreneur, has been a trailblazer in Arab society. In 2013, she was a partner in establishing Nazareth Electrical Engineering, a contractor and factory for the production of electrical panels. In 2019, she became sole owner and CEO of Marie Electrical Engineering Ltd., which has earned a leadership role in the electrical panel industry and electrical contracting. In 2021, she won the Association of Manufacturers Lifetime Achievement Award – the most prestigious award in the business sector in Israel. Attalah Libbiss is also a social activist whose efforts including promoting women’s employment in industry and engineering.
