Sikkuy-Aufoq - For a Shared and Equal Society (R.A)

Ya’ala Mazor is co-director of the Shared Society Department. She has held a number of positions since coming aboard in 2014. In recent years she led the project promoting education for a shared society, pushing for policy change and promoting public campaigns, and overseing coalition-building efforts for better education policies. Alongside her work at Sikkuy-Aufoq, Ya’ala facilitates groups addressing social change, human rights, and the conduct of conflictual dialogues in the classroom at organizations such as the Rossing Center for Education and Dialogue, the Center for Humanistic Education at the Ghetto Fighters’ House Museum, the ICCI, and others. Ya’ala holds an MA in Society and Arts Studies and a BA in Arabic and Bible Studies from the Hebrew University.

She lives in Jerusalem with her partner and their three children.
